"Not the best choice for a gift"
I bought a dress as a gift, and it didn’t really feel ready to hand over. The packaging was plain, and the sizing felt like a bit of a guessing game, so I probably spent around 20 minutes second-guessing what should’ve been a simple order.
It might be fine if you’re shopping for your own kid and can deal with returns or exchanges, but for a present, I’d probably skip littlenavy.com next time. It just added more stress than I expected.

"Got the wrong size!!!"
I was disappointed because the order showed up in the wrong size!!! I was really hoping everything would be right, but unfortunately it wasn’t what I requested!!!

"Return process only works when it wants to"
I tried returning a dress it turned into way more of a headache than it should’ve been. The replies took forever, and the exchange/return info was so unclear that it felt like the whole system only works when it wants to. I’m still waiting on my refund, and at this point I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"Not really worth it"
It felt a bit overpriced for what I got. The quality was just okay, nothing special, and I probably wouldn’t buy it again tbh.

"Designs felt kind of too generic"
I was hoping to find something a little more original, but yeah, the designs just felt plain to me. A lot of them looked like stuff I’ve already seen on other kids’ clothing sites, so nothing really stood out.

It’s not like anything was terrible or anything, just not very unique. For the price, I guess I expected a bit more personality, so I ended up closing the site without buying anything.

"I was disappointed with this..."
I was disappointed with this. The fabric felt rough and cheap right away, not soft like I expected at all. My kid tried it on once and immediately wanted it off, so that pretty much says it all. Definitely not something I’d buy again.

"Cute at first, but didn’t hold up"
It looked really cute when it arrived, and I was excited to use it, but after just one wash, actually, not even a rough wash, the fabric got all weird and some of the seams started coming loose. I expected better, especially for kids’ clothes that need to handle regular washing.

"Box showed up looking like a disaster"
The box came beat up, like some idiot just tossed it around and called it a day. Packaging was terrible, but luckily the item itself somehow survived.

"Shipping was slower than I expected"
I ordered from littlenavy.com and, the shipping was a lot slower than I thought it would be. I don’t think I got many updates either, so I kept checking and wasn’t really sure what was going on. By the time it finally arrived, I kind of didn’t need it anymore. Frustrating overall

"Personalization didn’t quite match what I expected"
I ordered a personalized item and overall it’s cute, but I’m not totally sure the name was placed the way it showed in the preview. A couple of the letters also looked a little uneven to me, though maybe I’m just noticing it more because it was customized. It’s definitely still usable, but for the price, I kind of expected the personalization to be a bit more accurate. Shipping was totally fine, so no issues there

"Waited all that time and the fit was totally off"
I ordered my usual size and was really hoping it would work, especially after waiting longer than I expected for it to arrive. But once I tried it on, it was tight in the weirdest places and just not comfortable at all. I couldn’t keep it on for more than a few minutes before taking it off. Frustrating after waiting for it.

"Print looked rough right out of the package"
I ordered a shirt the print looked faded as soon as I got it, like it had already been washed a bunch of times. The lines were kind of blurry too, and the colors didn’t really match the picture at all. For what I paid, I was expecting way better. Bummed and I probably won’t order from littlenavy again.

"Site was a pain to get through"
Using the site was annoying. Some pages loaded weird or took a couple tries, and checkout ended up taking way longer than it should have. I also got frustrated with support because the replies felt like copy-pasted answers instead of someone actually reading what I was asking.

"Really disappointed with the quality"
Not gonna lie, I was disappointed with this order. The clothes felt kind of cheap, and after just one wash, some of the stitching already started coming loose. For the price, I definitely expected better. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again

"Fit ran smaller than I expected"
In my experience, the sizing was really off. I ordered my kid’s usual size and even checked the size chart beforehand, but it still showed up much smaller than I thought it would. The clothes are cute, but the fit just didn’t seem accurate to me. Kind of frustrating having to go through the return process.
